“I’m closely following the truck attack in Berlin, which has all the hallmarks of a terrorist attack. My heart goes out to the victims, their families and the entire German nation. This attack is yet another reminder of the need to redouble our efforts to combat extremism. We stand with Germany and will offer whatever help we can.”
