Washington—Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) today released the following statement on the Supreme Court’s 5-3 decision in Whole Woman’s Health v. Hellerstedt:  

“The Supreme Court’s decision in Whole Woman’s Health v. Hellerstedt is a significant victory for women’s reproductive rights. By overturning a Texas law intended to obstruct women’s access to constitutionally-protected health care, the decision preserves the gains we’ve fought so hard for over the past 50 years.”
