Washington—Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) today released the following statement after the Supreme Court ruled 6-3 that individuals in states where the federal government runs the health insurance marketplace remain eligible for tax credits under the Affordable Care Act:

“This is a tremendous victory for improved health care and clearly validates the Affordable Care Act. This means that 6.4 million Americans in 34 states will continue to have access to health insurance subsidies. I could not be more pleased.”
